Following on from the success of last year’s Yas Pro Drag Racing Series, the organisers have announced that the series will return to Yas Marina Circuit for a second season
The new series will consist of four rounds starting in March and running through until May. With a full count of cars, the prize fund will total over AED 920,000.
“We are very excited to launch the second season of the Yas Pro Drag Racing Series. It is one of the most prominent drag racing events in the Middle East,” said Rashed Al Qubaisi, head of the Yas Drag Racing Centre.
“The series is expanding every year in terms of local and regional participation, and I encourage Drag racing fans to come down for some adrenaline-fueled action.”
In addition to the on-track action, spectators will also get the chance to ride in the world’s fastest three-seat Super Comp dragster.
