Young Quins are go

On Thursday 23rd September 500 young rugby players will be dusting down their boots and running out for the first training session of the new rugby season. What will make this year even more special is that they will be training at the club’s new facilities at Zayed Sports City. With age groups from U5 to U18 Abu Dhabi Harlequins Junior section continues to grow from strength to strength and the new season will be no different.

The young players will have a frantic start to the season as they begin preparations for their first league games as well as the club’s flagship event at the end of October, the Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Harlequins Junior Rugby Festival, which each year sees 1,500 7-18 year old players participate in what is the region’s largest rugby festival.
