Supposedly a horror shocker, Beneath the Darkness tells the story of a small town American undertaker (Dennis Quaid) who moonlights as a deranged killer, terrorising the local dysfunctional High School kids

Unfortunately the movie is so lacking in scares, shocks and gore that the only way to enjoy this is to view it as an unintentional genre spoof. Dull, dreary and definitely worth avoiding.
