Dubai Investments, a leading company listed on the Dubai Financial Market, has officially launched construction on Asayel Avenue, a new AED 400 million residential cluster within its flagship Mirdif Hills development. The project is being developed through Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR), the Group’s real estate subsidiary.

The ground-breaking ceremony, held in Mirdif, was attended by senior officials from Dubai Investments and DIR, along with representatives from the project’s consultants and contractors. The move marks a significant new chapter for the Mirdif Hills community, already known for its integrated and family-friendly design.

“Asayel Avenue reflects our commitment to sustainable, high-quality urban development,” said Khalid Bin Kalban, Vice Chairman and CEO of Dubai Investments. “Mirdif Hills has set a new standard for integrated living in Dubai, and with this new phase, we aim to further enhance that experience.”

Positioned as a seamless extension of the successful Janayen, Nasayem, and Al Multaqa Avenues, Asayel Avenue will comprise 193 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Each unit will feature spacious layouts, premium finishes, and smart living technologies designed to meet the needs of modern residents.

Construction of the project began in Q2 2025, with handover expected by Q2 2027. Residents will benefit from wellness and fitness amenities, landscaped communal areas, and enhanced connectivity within the wider Mirdif community.

The development will also offer convenient access to major highways, retail outlets, schools, and other key amenities, strengthening its appeal for families and professionals seeking a balanced urban lifestyle.

Asayel Avenue is part of Dubai Investments’ broader strategy to deliver value-driven residential solutions that align with Dubai’s evolving urban landscape. With a total investment of AED 2.2 billion across Mirdif Hills, the company continues to cement its position as a major player in the UAE’s real estate sector.

By combining modern design, smart technology, and community-oriented planning, Asayel Avenue is set to become another landmark in Dubai’s growing portfolio of residential excellence.
