Agility KSCP, a global leader in supply chain services and infrastructure, has announced the successful conclusion of the July 2025 cohort of its acclaimed “Academy X” programme. The initiative, held in collaboration with CODED Academy, reflects Agility’s commitment to youth empowerment and digital education in Kuwait.
The six-day, tuition-free programme welcomed 227 high school and university-level female students, offering them practical training in AI-powered app design, business development, and public speaking. Held under the umbrella of the national “Kuwait Codes” initiative, Academy X continues to provide a hands-on platform for young women to gain critical skills that bridge the gap between technology and entrepreneurship.
Originally piloted in 2023 and officially launched in 2024, Academy X is now in its second full year. The programme is designed not only to build technical competencies in artificial intelligence and coding, but also to cultivate leadership, communication, and innovation among participants—helping to shape the next generation of digital creators and changemakers in Kuwait.
“Academy X is more than just a coding bootcamp,” said a representative from Agility. “It’s a launchpad for young Kuwaiti women to thrive in the innovation economy. We’re proud of the transformative impact this programme continues to have.”
Since the initiative began, more than 500 young women have benefited directly from Academy X. The broader Agility-CODED partnership, which began in 2022, has impacted over 2,450 female students, making it one of the country’s largest private-sector efforts to promote inclusive tech education.
In addition to technical training, the July 2025 cohort also included workshops in public speaking and communication, aiming to empower participants to present and lead effectively in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings.
Agility’s ongoing work with CODED is a key part of its wider Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. In 2025 alone, the company aims to reach over 5,000 people across Kuwait through education, entrepreneurship, and technology initiatives. Over the past two decades, Agility’s CSR efforts have reached more than 51,000 individuals nationwide.
By nurturing digital skills and fostering inclusive access to innovation, Agility continues to play a pivotal role in Kuwait’s human capital development, especially among young women. The success of the July cohort reaffirms the growing relevance of public-private partnerships in equipping youth for the digital future.
