Gulf Oil Middle East, a key player in the region’s lubricant sector, held its annual Distributor Convention at the Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Hotel in Abu Dhabi, bringing together more than 40 regional partners and members of the leadership team.

The event, a significant fixture in the company’s calendar, underscored Gulf Oil’s continued focus on distributor collaboration as a driving force for regional growth. The convention served as a platform to celebrate distributor achievements, share strategic insights, and present the company’s future roadmap.

“This convention is not just a meeting—it’s a reaffirmation of the partnership model that defines our success,” said Rajesh Venkat, General Manager of Gulf Oil Middle East. “Our distributors are brand ambassadors on the ground. By working in close alignment, we ensure that customers across the Gulf receive top-tier products backed by trusted service.”

The convention highlighted key developments from the past year, including recognition of two flagship products—Gulf UltraSynth GDI and Gulf Superfleet Supreme—which were recently named “Product of the Year 2025” for the Gulf Region by NielsenIQ. These accolades reflect the brand’s dedication to innovation and responsiveness to changing customer needs.

An awards ceremony was held during the convention to honour the highest-performing distributors across various categories, recognizing excellence in sales, service, and market expansion.

The gathering also looked ahead, with Gulf Oil unveiling new strategic initiatives aimed at expanding market reach and reinforcing service quality. Discussions addressed shared challenges in logistics, customer engagement, and supply chain resilience, with a collective focus on long-term success.

With the lubricant market in the Gulf undergoing steady growth, Gulf Oil Middle East aims to enhance its regional footprint through a partnership-driven approach. The convention laid the groundwork for deeper integration across the distribution network, ensuring that innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction remain central to the brand’s value proposition.

As Gulf Oil Middle East prepares for its next growth phase, events like this serve not only to align stakeholders but also to celebrate the collective achievements that have defined its journey so far.
