Ooredoo is once again offering mobile users the chance to claim a unique piece of digital identity as it launches its fifth Vanity Number Auction of 2025, with registration set to open on 7 July at 9am.

The auction presents an exclusive opportunity for customers to bid on premium Gold and Diamond numbers, offering a personalised touch to their mobile presence. The registration window will remain open for 24 hours, followed by a six-hour bidding session on 8 July, starting at 9am.

Participation requires a registration fee of OMR 10, and bidders can preview the number collection ahead of the event at www.ooredoo.om/auction. Returning users can log in using existing credentials, ensuring a smooth and seamless bidding experience.

Beyond acquiring a personalised number, the auction also carries a charitable purpose. In line with previous editions, all proceeds will be donated to support charitable causes across Oman, reinforcing Ooredoo’s commitment to community impact and social responsibility.

“This isn’t just about numbers,” said a spokesperson for Ooredoo. “It’s about connecting individuality with meaningful impact. Every bid helps support vital community initiatives while giving customers the chance to own something truly special.”

The Ooredoo vanity auctions have become a sought-after event for those who value distinction in mobile communication and are keen to contribute to social good. From business branding to personal expression, owning a memorable mobile number is an increasingly popular trend among Omani residents.

The limited-time nature of the auction, combined with the high desirability of the available numbers, is expected to draw strong participation, especially from returning bidders and collectors.
