The Rizzos have problems. Patriarch Vince (Andy Garcia) and his family aren’t talking to each other, and it’s clear things have been heading downhill for a while. When Vince’s illegitimate son makes an appearance, it acts as the catalyst to finally get the family talking. Impressively directed and superbly written, this is an emotionally engaging and enjoyable offbeat slice of amusingly dysfunctional family life.
