Azizi Developments, a prominent private UAE developer, has announced a strategic partnership with Thomsun Industries, a local leader in construction support services. The collaboration will bolster site operations across Azizi’s major developments in Dubai South, Al Furjan, Dubai Healthcare City, and Dubai Sports City—notably including its landmark project, Azizi Venice.

The agreement positions Thomsun Industries to deliver a full spectrum of site support services, reinforcing Azizi’s rapid construction momentum and project delivery capabilities. Thomsun, known for operational reliability across the UAE’s built environment sector, is set to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workflow and efficient on-ground execution.

Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Group, praised the collaboration:

“Thomsun Industries is a respected UAE-born enterprise that will add strong operational value to our growing portfolio. As we continue to scale up our construction efforts across Dubai, reliable site support remains a crucial component of our delivery framework.”

At the center of the partnership is Azizi Venice, a sprawling master-planned community featuring over 36,000 residential units and 109 ultra-luxury mansions. Anchored by a turquoise, man-made lagoon and bordered by pristine beaches, Azizi Venice is being positioned as a lifestyle and cultural destination.

Among its standout features is The Cultural District, which will host a 2,500-seat opera house designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, a 400-seat theatre, and a multipurpose exhibition hall. The project also includes a performing arts academy, educational institutions, boutique and five-star hotels, a hospital, and a host of lifestyle offerings including a temperature-controlled, pedestrian-friendly boulevard.

With daily footfall expected to surpass 30,000 visitors, Azizi Venice is being developed not only as a residential haven but also as a premier tourist and cultural hotspot for Dubai. The development will feature music fountains, themed seasonal decorations, and extensive children’s amenities.

This partnership with Thomsun Industries strengthens Azizi’s commitment to quality delivery and underscores its growing focus on working with UAE-based suppliers to elevate standards in site infrastructure and urban development.
