Dubai South Properties has achieved a significant sales milestone with the sell-out of the first two phases of its newly launched luxury residential project, Hayat by Dubai South, within just a few hours. The rapid sales generated over AED 1.2 billion, highlighting strong market demand and investor confidence in the area’s real estate potential.

Launched as a master-planned luxury community, Hayat is set to offer approximately 2,500 residential units once completed. The development will feature a diverse mix of townhouses, semi-detached and standalone villas, mansions, apartments, and hotel apartments, with configurations ranging from one to five bedrooms.

According to the developer, the project’s successful early sales are a result of timely launches, targeted offerings, and a growing demand for premium yet community-focused living in Dubai’s southern corridor.

“The strong demand we continue to witness is a clear reflection of the trust people place in Dubai South as a preferred area to live, invest, and build their future,” said Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties.

“This success encourages us to keep delivering quality developments that meet the needs and expectations of our growing customer base.”

Located in the heart of Dubai South, which is rapidly becoming a hub for residential and commercial growth, Hayat aims to strike a balance between luxury living and community convenience. The development will feature a wide range of lifestyle and wellness amenities, including:

  • Lush green parks and shaded walking trails
  • Family-friendly play areas and community pools
  • Fitness and wellness centres
  • Landscaped gardens
  • Retail boulevard with shops, cafés, and daily conveniences

This comprehensive offering appeals to both investors and end users, especially families and professionals looking for a vibrant yet tranquil environment connected to key areas across Dubai.

Dubai South continues to grow in strategic importance, particularly with its proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport, Expo City Dubai, and major road networks. The area’s master plan is built around smart urban design, aiming to accommodate over a million residents in the long term.

Following the sell-out of the initial phases, Dubai South Properties has confirmed that further phases of the Hayat project will be launched soon, indicating a phased approach to meet demand while ensuring high standards of development and delivery.

The rapid success of the Hayat project underlines a broader trend in Dubai’s real estate market — a robust appetite for well-designed, amenity-rich communities that offer both luxury and lifestyle value.

With market momentum continuing, Dubai South’s latest achievement places it firmly among the city’s key developers shaping the next era of residential living.
