Mouser Electronics, Inc., the global authorized distributor of semiconductors and industrial automation products, has released the latest installment of its Empowering Innovation Together (EIT) series, titled AI-Powered Engineering, shedding light on how artificial intelligence is transforming the future of engineering design.

The new content series dives into how engineers can integrate AI tools into their workflows to enhance creativity, speed up design processes, and tackle more complex challenges with greater precision. The goal, according to Mouser, is to foster a collaborative model between human expertise and machine intelligence – empowering engineers to focus on high-level problem-solving and technical breakthroughs.

“AI is revolutionizing the engineering workflow, enabling us to achieve unprecedented levels of accuracy and efficiency,” said Raymond Yin, Mouser’s Director of Technical Content. “This installment examines how engineers can master that collaboration to pioneer innovations the world has yet to imagine.”

Engineering in the Age of AI

The EIT series explores the synergy between human insight and AI-powered tools, particularly in design analysis, generative intelligence, and predictive modeling. By offloading time-consuming data crunching and surfacing insights more rapidly, AI allows engineers to maintain their creative focus and deliver more robust, efficient, and sophisticated solutions.

At the heart of this series are two feature podcasts:

  • The Tech Between Us, where Raymond Yin speaks with Nemanja Jokanovic, Head of Sales at SnapMagic, about the evolution of engineering tools and how AI is reshaping design efficiency.
  • In Between The Tech, featuring Nirman Dave, CEO of Zams, who discusses how low-code/no-code platforms and intelligent algorithms are shaping the next generation of AI tools.

Alongside the podcasts, Mouser’s EIT package includes:

  • Technical articles
  • Expert interviews
  • Infographics
  • Subscriber-exclusive content

These resources offer engineers insights into creating a human-centric, AI-supported design environment where innovation is accelerated without compromising the creative process.

An Ongoing Commitment to Innovation

Established in 2015, Mouser’s Empowering Innovation Together program is among the most respected educational initiatives in the electronics industry. It aims to provide design engineers with the tools, insights, and resources needed to navigate rapidly evolving technological landscapes.

Mouser’s expansive website offers additional support through its Technical Resource Center, which includes application notes, reference designs, datasheets, and other tools designed to simplify the component selection and design process.
