Dubai-based real estate firm BEYOND Developments has launched its flagship waterfront residential project, PASSO, on Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent—marking a major expansion for the lifestyle-led developer.

Unveiled in a high-profile event that featured Dubai’s first-ever “screens in the sky” drone show, PASSO comprises two sculptural towers—Avita and Bella—offering 625 high-end residences. The project signifies BEYOND’s first development outside its masterplan in Dubai Maritime City and reflects the company’s evolving ambitions in the global luxury property space.

Scheduled for completion in Q3 2029, PASSO brings BEYOND’s human-centric design ethos to one of the world’s most prestigious waterfront addresses. Residences range from one-bedroom apartments to expansive five-bedroom penthouses and six ultra-exclusive beachfront mansions. Each home is tailored to evoke comfort, seamless connectivity, and timeless elegance.

Speaking at the launch event, Adil Taqi, CEO of BEYOND Developments, described the project as a strategic milestone:

“PASSO is not just a new address; it is a strategic leap in our journey to craft places that resonate on a deeper human level. Palm Jumeirah, with its international prestige and unparalleled seafront setting, provides the ideal foundation for this philosophy.”

Taqi highlighted three pillars guiding PASSO’s vision—the Address, the Landmark, and the Experience—emphasising that the project is designed to go beyond architecture, fostering emotional connection and enriched daily living.

The immersive drone show, attended by industry leaders, media, and select invitees, featured over 4,000 drones and integrated visuals with live performance, marking a landmark moment for Dubai’s luxury real estate launches.

PASSO’s residences are curated across three collections—Wellness, Elite, and Signature—with lifestyle and wellbeing at the core. Amenities include a 260-square-meter Wellness Pavilion, shaded piazza, rooftop sky gardens, cascading pools, and a 360-degree infinity pool with panoramic views of the sea and Dubai’s skyline. Residents will also have access to a Montessori-inspired Kids’ Pavilion and 250 meters of private white-sand beach.

According to the developer, PASSO is not only a residential offering but also a lifestyle destination, bringing together design, community, and innovation. The project reflects Dubai’s growing status as a global leader in urban innovation and destination living.

“Dubai today is more than a thriving metropolis; it is a global benchmark for visionary urbanism,” said Taqi. “At BEYOND, we are not simply responding to this momentum; we are actively contributing to it, shaping places, elevating experiences, and defining the future of real estate in the region.”

As BEYOND expands across the UAE and prepares to enter international markets, PASSO represents a bold statement of intent—fusing contemporary living with destination-inspired design.

The project is expected to attract investors, end-users, and global lifestyle seekers looking for a high-value address in the heart of Dubai’s luxury coastal landscape.
