Canon has introduced two new ultra-compact PIXMA printers, the TS6540i and TS4140i, designed to meet the demands of modern, connected lifestyles. Combining speed, convenience, and smartphone integration in a sleek form factor, these new 3-in-1 printers are poised to become essential tools for homes and small offices alike.

At just 374mm wide, both models blend into compact workspaces with a minimalist design, making them ideal for kitchen desks, home offices, or student corners. Despite their small footprint, the PIXMA TS6540i and TS4140i pack high-performance features that support productivity and creativity.

Speed Meets Precision

The new PIXMA series is powered by enhanced print engines and elongated print heads, enabling fast print speeds of up to 14.0 images per minute (ipm) in monochrome and 9.0 ipm in colour. The First Print Out Time (FPOT) clocks in at approximately 7.5 seconds for black-and-white and 9.5 seconds for colour, helping users reduce wait times during busy workflows.

Canon has also refined its ink technology, delivering razor-sharp text and highly detailed prints using a new pigment black ink. Optimised droplet placement and edge-processing techniques ensure crisp results, whether printing documents, barcodes, or photographs.

Smartphone-Ready Functionality

In keeping with current trends in mobile-first technology, the PIXMA TS6540i and TS4140i offer seamless wireless connectivity. Through the Canon PRINT app, users can print, scan, run maintenance checks, and monitor ink levels directly from their smartphones or tablets.

Additionally, both models support Apple AirPrint and Mopria® for Android, enabling hassle-free printing without drivers. The TS6540i also includes a QR code direct connect feature, allowing users to connect their phone instantly by scanning the on-screen code—ideal for quick, one-off print jobs.

Vibrant Photo Printing

Canon’s dye-based photo printing system allows for borderless photo prints from 5×5-inch to A4 sizes, producing 4×6-inch glossy prints in around 39 seconds. Whether you’re printing social media snapshots or assembling an album, the colour vibrancy and accuracy stand out.

Designed for Ease

With its front-facing layout, 100-sheet plain paper cassette, and auto duplex printing, the TS series is built for convenience in tight spaces. The TS6540i features a 1.42″ OLED screen for intuitive navigation and a 1-Touch Copy function that allows users to make quick copies with a single button press.

A Productivity Hub for Every Home

From school assignments to family photos, Canon’s newest PIXMA printers combine performance, design, and mobile connectivity to offer a versatile solution for everyday printing needs.

These models reaffirm Canon’s commitment to innovation in home printing, bringing professional quality and smart technology into the hands of everyday users.
