Fuze, a regulated financial services infrastructure provider active across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, has officially opened its new regional headquarters at Expo City Dubai.

The 8,000 square foot office, designed by Seen Architects with interiors fitted by Dubai studio Livespace, reflects the company’s ambition to expand its presence in the UAE and reinforce its operations across the wider region.

A hub for innovation and compliance

Fuze is locally regulated by Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) and has positioned the new headquarters as both an innovation centre and operational anchor. The company is currently recruiting for a range of roles, including administration, compliance, sales and technology, to support its growing footprint.

Co-founder and chief executive Mo Ali Yusuf said: “We are thrilled to open our new office on the historic Expo City Dubai site. We are committed to building our team in the UAE and this incredible office hub provides an anchor point for our regional colleagues. The space provides a focal point for collaboration and allows us to expand our AI lab, to drive innovation and enhanced compliance.”

Contemporary design and wellbeing focus

The office, located just 200 metres from Expo City’s Wasl Plaza, has been created to encourage collaboration and creativity. It features open-plan workspaces, soundproof pods, meeting rooms and a canteen, alongside more unusual touches including a live cryptocurrency tracker screen and a gaming hub with PlayStation facilities.

Two landscaped outdoor terraces offer panoramic views of Expo City, while biophilic design elements have been incorporated to promote mental wellbeing.

Design work began in April 2025, with the entire project completed in under four months. The design was overseen by Dr. Mohammad Sayed Ahmad of Seen Architects, whose international experience includes work with Foster and Partners and Kengo Kuma Architects.

Livespace, the Dubai-based fit-out studio, was responsible for the interior build. The firm has previously worked with a number of high-profile clients, including Tiffany & Co, Standard Chartered, and several Expo site projects.

Strategic location

Expo City has become a growing hub for corporate offices, attracting global names such as DP World, Emirates, Siemens, SUI Blockchain and Wio Bank. The location offers extensive facilities, parking and strong transport links, while also sitting between the major financial districts of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Fuze said the new site will allow it to deliver enhanced services to banks, institutions and fintechs across the region, while anchoring its long-term commitment to regulated growth in the UAE.

The office also serves as the base for the company’s AI lab, which is expected to drive future innovation in compliance and financial technology.
