Zepp Health acquires women’s wellness platform Wild.AI

Zepp Health, the Chinese health technology company best known as the parent of Amazfit smartwatches, has acquired the core assets and intellectual property of Wild.AI, a specialist in women’s wellness and hormone-informed coaching.

The deal, finalised at the end of August, includes proprietary technology and select members of Wild.AI’s leadership team. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

Founded by entrepreneur Hélène Guillaume, Wild.AI has gained recognition for its focus on female physiology in sport and fitness. The platform uses hormonal and physiological data to help women tailor their training, nutrition, and recovery to different life stages — from menstruation to menopause.

Its app provides daily symptom tracking, adaptive training recommendations, and integration with wearables such as Amazfit, Garmin, and Apple Watch. The technology aims to reduce injury risk, improve performance, and deepen body awareness for both elite athletes and recreational users.

Building on earlier partnership

The acquisition follows a successful collaboration between the two companies. Earlier this year, Wild.AI launched a mini-app on Amazfit’s Active 2 smartwatch, offering users hormone-aware tracking tools directly on their devices.

Scott Shepley, Head of Global Marketing at Amazfit, said the partnership made the decision to acquire Wild.AI a natural step.

“Our mantra of Train, Recover, Repeat found natural alignment with Wild.AI’s mission. Rather than reinventing the wheel, we saw an opportunity to make it run smoother and faster—by integrating Wild.AI’s cutting-edge capabilities into our performance ecosystem.”

Guillaume, Wild.AI’s founder, described the move as a chance to scale the platform’s impact.

“Wild.AI was born from a desire to build for women first—not as an afterthought. Zepp Health shares our belief that physiology-informed tools are critical for women to thrive in sport. Together, we’ll continue to support our community and bring Wild.AI’s science-driven approach to millions more.”

Expansion plans

Zepp Health says the existing Wild.AI app will continue to be available on iOS and Android, with ongoing support for third-party wearables. The integration of Wild.AI features into Amazfit devices will begin in the United States, before expanding to other markets.

In addition, Zepp Health confirmed that Wild.AI will remain accessible to users who do not own Amazfit devices, ensuring continuity for its current community.

The company said the acquisition deepens its commitment to women’s wellness and performance, with hormone-informed coaching set to become a larger focus across its ecosystem of devices and apps.

By strengthening its offering for female athletes, Zepp Health is positioning itself in a fast-growing market where major technology players are increasingly targeting personalised, science-driven health tools.

For Wild.AI, the move provides access to a broader global audience and deeper resources to refine its hormone-aware training and wellness solutions.
