Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites has announced a new season of fitness and wellness masterclasses, designed to inspire guests to embrace balance, movement, and mindfulness as the cooler months begin in the UAE. Running from October 2025 to May 2026, the series promises a wide-ranging programme that blends high-energy workouts, restorative practices, and expert-led sessions, available exclusively for in-house guests.
The beachfront resort, located on Palm Jumeirah, has curated the line-up through its Exclusive Sports Club. The initiative is intended to complement the property’s wellness ethos, with experiences that extend beyond traditional gym workouts.
The programme opens on 19 October with a breathwork and ice bath journey guided by coach Eliška Ehrenbergerová. Set in the resort’s newly launched outdoor wellness space, the masterclass is designed to encourage resilience and recovery through controlled breathing techniques and cold exposure.
Over the season, the masterclasses will showcase a variety of disciplines. Guests can take part in boxing, CrossFit, cycling, aerial yoga, sound healing, and Kangoo Power — a dynamic rebounding workout on spring-loaded boots. The schedule is anchored by international trainers and wellness figures, including yoga therapist Melisa Sychenko, wellness author Ece Vahapoğlu, boxing champion Kader Beliouz, and CrossFit athlete Ateş Boran.
Fitness meets mindfulness
While the masterclasses include adrenaline-driven activities such as Muay Thai on 26 November and Jumping Fitness on Christmas Eve, the calendar also offers more tranquil experiences. On 4 February, sound healer Sekub Aydın will lead a session using Tibetan singing bowls to guide participants into a meditative state.
January is set to feature two yoga-focused highlights. On 14 January, Melisa Sychenko will introduce fly yoga, a practice using silk hammocks to support inversion poses. Ten days later, Turkish wellness advocate Ece Vahapoğlu will lead a mindful yoga flow designed to strengthen body awareness.
Dining and recovery
Guests can recharge after sessions at the resort’s dining outlets. The signature restaurant A La Turca offers a range of nourishing dishes, from international fare to Turkish specialities, while a nearby fruit kiosk serves lighter options for post-class recovery.
The Exclusive Sports Club also provides guests with a state-of-the-art gym for those wishing to train independently outside the scheduled sessions.
A holistic approach
Murat Zorlu, General Manager of Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites, said: “Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites is designed as a space where everyone feels welcome and inspired. We believe wellbeing starts with small, meaningful moments that nourish both the body and the mind. With our masterclasses for the new season of Exclusive Sports Club, our goal is to offer experiences that bring people together, encourage balance, and leave a lasting impression on every guest.”
The season concludes on 7 May 2026 with a Kangoo Power session led by presenter Tatjana Sperber, rounding off eight months of holistic fitness programming.
The initiative reinforces the resort’s positioning as a destination for both leisure and lifestyle, combining beachfront relaxation with a structured approach to wellbeing.
