Pop icon Rihanna and rapper A$AP Rocky have welcomed their third child together, announcing the birth on Instagram with a series of intimate family photographs.

The 37-year-old “Love on the Brain” singer revealed that their daughter, Rocki Irish Mayers, was born on 13 September. The announcement was accompanied by photos of Rihanna cradling the newborn, dressed in a soft pink onesie, while other images showcased the baby’s tiny pink gloves tied with bows.

Marking the milestone, Rihanna also wore a gold ring inscribed with the word “Mom”, a subtle nod to her new chapter as a mother of three. In her caption, she wrote: “Rocki Irish Mayers Sept 13 2025 🎀” while tagging her long-term partner, A$AP Rocky.

The couple, who have been together since 2020, had confirmed their third pregnancy earlier this year. In May, they appeared on the red carpet at the 2025 Met Gala in New York, where the 36-year-old rapper proudly referred to their growing family. Rihanna had also been spotted in New York City and Long Island around the same time, showing her baby bump.

Rihanna and Rocky are already parents to two sons: RZA, born in 2022, and Riot, born in 2023. Their family expansion has been closely followed by fans and the media, given Rihanna’s global stature as one of the most successful recording artists of her generation.

While speaking to Vogue following her first pregnancy, Rihanna reflected on her evolving journey into parenthood. She admitted that starting a family had not been part of a fixed plan but described the experience as both transformative and rewarding.

The birth of Rocki Irish Mayers was met with a wave of celebration online, as fans and celebrities alike flooded social media with congratulatory messages. Many noted Rihanna’s ability to balance her career with her growing family life, while others highlighted the symbolic choice of the name Rocki, echoing her partner’s stage name.

The Barbados-born star, known for hits such as Umbrella and Diamonds, has been largely focused on her beauty and fashion ventures in recent years, most notably her Fenty brand. However, her musical comeback has been widely speculated, with fans eagerly anticipating a new album.

For now, Rihanna appears to be embracing family life, often sharing candid glimpses of motherhood with her followers. With Rocki joining RZA and Riot, the couple now has three children under the age of four – a dynamic household that Rihanna has previously described as both “chaotic and magical.”

The announcement of Rocki’s arrival marks another milestone in the couple’s journey, solidifying their image as one of the entertainment industry’s most high-profile families.
