Agility, a global leader in supply chain services and innovation, has reaffirmed its long-standing commitment to youth development by sponsoring the 10th edition of the KON Social Entrepreneurship Program. The initiative, launched at a special event hosted by LOYAC, celebrates a decade of inspiring the next generation of social change-makers in Kuwait.
The five-week program will engage 60 students aged 12 to 16 in intensive, hands-on training that focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership, and social responsibility. Designed in collaboration with Babson College, a world-renowned institution in entrepreneurship education, the KON program equips students with essential business management skills through workshops, mentorship, and collaborative projects.
Students will tackle real-world social and environmental issues, gaining practical experience while developing communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities under the guidance of professionals and subject experts.
“Kuwait has placed a strong emphasis on developing its human capital and fostering innovation,” said Mariam Al-Foudery, Agility’s Group Chief Marketing Officer.
“At Agility, we’re proud to support initiatives that empower Kuwait’s youth and equip them for the future. The KON Program is a great example—it gives young people the tools and experience they need to succeed.”
Agility’s partnership with LOYAC dates back to 2006, and together they have supported over 550 young Kuwaitis with skills to prepare them for the workforce. Their collaboration includes a range of programs focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and professional development.
This latest sponsorship is part of Agility’s 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, which aims to empower over 5,000 people in Kuwait by working closely with leading non-profit institutions. The company’s 20-year community investment has already positively impacted more than 51,000 individuals across the country.
The 10-year milestone of the KON Program underscores a shared vision between Agility, LOYAC, and Babson College: to nurture purpose-driven youth who can contribute meaningfully to society through innovation, responsibility, and leadership.
As the new cohort of students embarks on this journey, the KON initiative continues to be a leading example of how private-sector collaboration with nonprofits can drive sustainable social impact.
