Ras Al Khaimah’s real estate landscape has entered a new era of upscale, nature-inspired living with the official launch of two major residential developments by Al Hamra — Al Hamra Greens and Aila Homes.

Announced on 5th July at a high-profile event at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, the two projects carry a combined investment value exceeding AED 3 billion. The launch attracted over 1,000 real estate brokers and industry professionals, underscoring the strong market interest in the emirate’s evolving lifestyle offerings.

Situated in the heart of Al Hamra Village, both developments reflect the developer’s strategy of blending thoughtful design with community-centered living.

Al Hamra Greens
Designed with a wellness-first approach, Al Hamra Greens is a Scandinavian-inspired residential community built around the concept of “Reconnect with Living.” Located opposite RAK Central, the project features panoramic views of Ras Al Khaimah’s skyline, the championship golf course, and the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island.

Comprising 1,754 apartments in one- to three-bedroom layouts, all units offer private balconies and promote seamless indoor-outdoor living. Prices start from AED 1.2 million. Amenities include lush landscaped gardens, a wellness spa, cycling and jogging tracks, sports courts, BBQ terraces, and even a pet park. Notably, over 38% of units sold out within the first 24 hours of launch — a clear indication of buyer confidence and demand.

Aila Homes
Launched alongside, Aila Homes delivers 200 premium townhouses in three- and four-bedroom configurations. The development features modern architecture, private gardens, and direct access to community facilities. Positioned as ready-to-move-in family homes, Aila Homes saw over 50% of units sold prior to its official launch.

Benoy Kurien, Group CEO of Al Hamra, stated:
“These launches respond directly to growing customer demand for meaningful, nature-rooted lifestyles and community living. They mark a key milestone in Al Hamra’s growth journey and our commitment to delivering value-driven developments.”

Residents of both communities will benefit from integration into the wider Al Hamra ecosystem, which includes a 220-berth marina, an 18-hole championship golf course, and proximity to five-star resorts like Waldorf Astoria, The Ritz-Carlton, Sofitel, and Al Hamra Village Hotel & Residences.

Future Vision
Al Hamra’s expansion doesn’t stop here. The company is poised to enter the ultra-luxury market with new branded residences including Waldorf Astoria Residences, Ras Al Khaimah and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Wadi Desert, as well as its first flagship project in Dubai.

With these developments, Al Hamra continues to solidify its position as a key lifestyle developer in the UAE’s rapidly transforming real estate sector.
