Al Masaood Equipment Rental, a division of the Abu Dhabi-based Al Masaood Group, concluded a successful presence at the Middle East Event Show 2025, engaging with over 5,000 industry stakeholders and underlining its role as a key player in the region’s fast-evolving events sector.

Held in Dubai, the show offered a vital platform for leading suppliers and innovators to connect with event planners, venue operators, and government representatives. Al Masaood Equipment Rental, participating as a Gold Sponsor, took the opportunity to unveil its comprehensive suite of rental solutions tailored specifically for large-scale events and outdoor operations.

Spotlight on Innovation and Sustainability

Throughout the exhibition, Al Masaood’s stand drew attention for its dynamic setup and a series of targeted seminars focusing on sustainability, technological innovation, and energy efficiency in event infrastructure. The company highlighted its growing fleet of power generation units, hybrid energy systems, portable lighting towers, temporary buildings, and barrier fencing, all designed to support seamless event operations from setup to teardown.

“Our participation as a Gold Sponsor at the Middle East Event Show marks another proud milestone for Al Masaood Equipment Rental,” said Norma Shaheen, General Manager of the division. “We’ve become a trusted partner for some of the UAE’s most iconic events—from the Dubai Sevens and Liwa Festival to Saadiyat Nights—thanks to our integrated approach and commitment to excellence.”

Recognition Through Sponsorship

Al Masaood Equipment Rental further reinforced its commitment to the industry by presenting awards during the closing ceremony, celebrating innovation and leadership in event management. The recognition aligns with the company’s growing influence in the Middle East’s events ecosystem, where it continues to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in powering and illuminating some of the region’s most high-profile cultural, sports, and entertainment gatherings.

A Strategic Synergy for Growth

Formed in 2023 through a strategic alliance between Al Masaood Bergum and the Al Masaood Power Division, the Equipment Rental unit was conceived to serve multiple industries including events, construction, oil & gas, marine, and energy. Its expansion into the events space has come at a time when the UAE is doubling down on mega-events and destination tourism, requiring scalable, dependable infrastructure solutions.

This momentum reflects not only the division’s rapid growth trajectory but also the broader vision of the Al Masaood Group to diversify and innovate within high-demand sectors.

As the UAE’s events industry continues to flourish in line with major national strategies like the Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 and Dubai’s Tourism Vision, Al Masaood Equipment Rental is positioning itself as an essential enabler of immersive, world-class experiences. With its expanding fleet and technical expertise, the company is poised to power the region’s most ambitious events—literally and figuratively.
