Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private property developers, has announced the launch of its latest premium residential venture, Azizi David, in the sought-after Al Jaddaf district.

The official unveiling will take place on Monday, 18 August 2025, at the Grand Ballroom of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, running from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Strategically located on the banks of Dubai Creek, Azizi David will offer a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and high-end penthouses. The development promises panoramic waterfront views and direct access to a variety of lifestyle amenities, including swimming pools, a cinema, a fully equipped gym, children’s play areas, a multipurpose hall, retail spaces, secure parking, and 24-hour security.

In a statement, Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of the Azizi Group of Companies, said:

“Dubai’s famed Al Jaddaf continues to draw strong demand from local and international buyers. With Azizi David, we reaffirm our commitment to delivering contemporary homes in prime locations, offering superior connectivity, elevated lifestyles, and enduring value for generations to come.”

Al Jaddaf is emerging as one of Dubai’s most strategically positioned communities. Its location offers quick access to business and leisure hubs such as Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Festival City, and Dubai International Airport. The neighbourhood is also well served by major highways, including Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, and is within minutes of Creek Metro Station, making it attractive for those seeking convenience and urban accessibility.

The launch event will give prospective homeowners the first opportunity to view the development and reserve units. According to Azizi Developments, visitors can expect detailed project presentations, model displays, and guided consultations with sales representatives.

Azizi’s sales gallery is located on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, where additional information and pre-launch materials are available for interested buyers.

With Azizi David, the developer aims to strengthen its footprint in Dubai’s competitive real estate market, catering to growing demand for waterfront living that combines modern design, premium facilities, and strong investment potential.
