Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, will unveil exclusive Dubai property offerings at a dedicated exhibition in New York this Saturday. The one-day showcase promises American investors a rare opportunity to secure high-yield, previously unreleased assets, only available at the event.

Hosted at the Marriott Marquis – Marquis Ballroom, Salon C, in Times Square on June 28 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the exhibition will feature a curated portfolio including new residential, commercial, and hospitality projects—most notably the developer’s newest master communities: Azizi Milan and Azizi Venice.

The invitation-only event offers investors access to preferential deals on units with strong return potential, with the developer highlighting Dubai’s continued rise as a global investment hotspot. Exclusive insights into Burj Azizi, set to become the world’s second tallest tower, will also be shared.

“Azizi Milan is truly unique in how it merges Milanese refinement with the unparalleled vision and rapid advancement of the United Arab Emirates,” said Farhad Azizi, CEO of the Azizi Group. “We are confident that our American hosts will see the exclusive deals we are granting them as a gesture of collaboration and an invitation to invest in a city that shares their appreciation for design, culture, and legacy.”

New Developments in Focus

Azizi Milan, a sustainability-driven, Milanese-inspired mega-community, will be one of the focal points of the event. Spanning 40 million square feet and valued at over AED 75 billion, the project is designed to house 144,000 residents and will include 800 hotel keys. Located on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, it offers direct access to major transit links, including the forthcoming Blue Line Metro.

Meanwhile, Azizi Venice promises to be one of Dubai’s most ambitious lifestyle destinations. Set around a crystal-clear lagoon, it will offer over 36,000 homes, 109 ultra-luxury mansions, and a Cultural District with a 2,500-seat opera house designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, alongside a theatre, exhibition hall, and arts academy.

Positioned near the future Al Maktoum International Airport—expected to become the largest in the world—Azizi Venice aims to attract 30,000 daily visitors, blending waterfront luxury with global accessibility.

Expanding International Reach

Azizi’s New York showcase is part of a broader international campaign to reach global investors, following a surge in foreign interest in Dubai’s booming real estate sector. The developer is working with regional specialists to provide investors with tailored, location-specific guidance and exclusive property access.

Saturday’s exhibition underscores Dubai’s continuing emergence as a magnet for international real estate investment, driven by visionary development, investor-friendly policies, and a fast-growing global lifestyle appeal.
