Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading real estate development company in Bahrain, has launched a new promotional campaign titled the “Summer of Al Naseem,” aimed at attracting homeowners to one of the kingdom’s most anticipated residential developments.

The offer coincides with the commencement of villa handovers in Phase 3 of the Al Naseem project and is being positioned as a unique opportunity for prospective buyers to invest in waterfront living.

Announced this week, the initiative seeks to build on the growing demand for residential property in the integrated city of Diyar Al Muharraq, located off the northern coast of Bahrain. The summer promotion provides limited-time incentives designed to appeal to families and investors seeking modern, community-focused lifestyles.

Speaking at the launch, Mohamed Al Mahmood, Head of Sales at Diyar Al Muharraq, said the timing of the offer reflects the project’s maturity and strong market appeal.

“As we approach the final stages of Al Naseem, we are pleased to be unveiling this exclusive summer offer,” said Al Mahmood. “The promotion provides an ideal opportunity for those interested in investing in or owning property within one of Bahrain’s most sought-after residential destinations. We believe now is the perfect time to join the Al Naseem community, where elevated quality of life, contemporary design, and breathtaking waterfront views come together seamlessly.”

Spread across more than 328,000 square metres, Al Naseem is among Diyar Al Muharraq’s most prominent developments. The community combines sophisticated architectural design with landscaped green spaces, offering residents proximity to schools, retail centres, and entertainment hubs.

In addition to private villas, the development features the Al Naseem Social Hub – a state-of-the-art community centre that includes a wellness facility, open-air padel court, multi-purpose hall, and designated children’s play areas. The space is designed to foster social interaction and active lifestyles, reflecting modern family needs.

Each villa in the project has been carefully planned to ensure privacy, comfort, and premium living standards. The development’s waterfront setting is one of its most attractive features, providing tranquil views and an enhanced residential experience.

Diyar Al Muharraq itself is the largest integrated city in Bahrain, offering a broad range of residential, commercial, healthcare, and recreational facilities. It has become a model for future urban development in the region, balancing luxury with a commitment to the social and cultural values of Bahraini life.

With the “Summer of Al Naseem” promotion now underway, developers are anticipating increased footfall and inquiries over the coming weeks, particularly as more villas become available for handover.

The campaign underscores the continuing appeal of planned, high-quality communities in the Gulf, as residents increasingly prioritise holistic, amenity-rich environments over traditional housing.
