Belkin has unveiled a new collection of wireless charging devices certified under the Qi2 25W standard, making it the first consumer electronics company to release products designed for the next generation of wireless power.

The UltraCharge line, announced on Wednesday, includes three products: the UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 Magnetic Charging Dock, the UltraCharge 3-in-1 Foldable Magnetic Charger, and the UltraCharge 2-in-1 Foldable Magnetic Charger. All three are designed to deliver faster, more efficient wireless charging across a range of devices, including iPhones, Apple Watches, AirPods, and Android smartphones.

A new standard in wireless charging

Qi2 is the latest update to the global Qi wireless charging protocol, developed by the Wireless Power Consortium. The 25W standard offers faster charging, enhanced thermal management, and improved compatibility across different devices.

Belkin said its new products support charging speeds up to five times faster than standard Qi chargers. Each device incorporates the company’s new ChillBoost™ cooling technology, which regulates temperatures during charging, and has undergone Belkin’s SmartProtect testing for safety and reliability.

The UltraCharge collection is made from 85% recycled plastic, with plastic-free packaging, as part of the company’s push toward more sustainable design.

Product lineup

  • UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 Magnetic Charging Dock: Capable of charging an iPhone to 50% in 25 minutes and an Apple Watch to 80% in half an hour, this flagship dock features a weighted chrome base, adjustable angles, and simultaneous support for three devices. It retails at $129.99.
  • UltraCharge 3-in-1 Foldable Magnetic Charger: Designed for portability, the foldable charger powers up three devices at once and can charge an iPhone to 50% in 29 minutes. It is priced at $99.99.
  • UltraCharge 2-in-1 Foldable Magnetic Charger: A more compact option, the 2-in-1 supports two wireless devices and a third via USB-C. With a lightweight, foldable design, it retails at $59.99.

Availability

All three UltraCharge devices are available now through Belkin’s website, Amazon, AT&T, and select retailers worldwide.

Industry analysts say the launch could accelerate the adoption of Qi2 technology, which is expected to become the new standard for wireless charging in the coming years.
