Deem Launches Flexible Joy-Win Credit Card Program

Deem Finance has unveiled its Joy-Win Credit Card Program, a customer-first rewards initiative that allows users to switch between two distinct loyalty modes — guaranteed cashback or a chance to win big — all through the Deem Mobile App.

In a move designed to redefine credit card rewards in the UAE, the program offers a tailored experience based on real customer feedback. Some users favour consistent, assured benefits, while others are drawn to the excitement of high-value prize draws. With Joy-Win, cardholders can choose their preferred reward mode each month, giving them unmatched control and transparency.

Two Modes, One Card

The JOY program offers guaranteed rewards for spending in selected categories:

  • Earn on Lifestyle or Travel expenses.
  • Access accelerated rewards based on spend thresholds — up to AED 1,000.

The WIN program brings a game of chance:

  • Receive one entry into a monthly AED 250,000 draw for every AED 100 spent.

Users can switch between Joy and Win modes each month, depending on their financial goals or preferences, with no additional charges.

Putting Control in Customers’ Hands

“We’re not just launching a product; we’re delivering on a promise,” said Chris Taylor, CEO of Deem Finance. “The Joy-Win Credit Card puts real financial freedom in the hands of our customers — letting them choose how they’re rewarded for their everyday spending.”

Suji Gopalakrishnan, Head of Retail Assets at Deem, added:

“Our customers told us they want more control, transparency, and flexibility in how they earn and redeem rewards. The Joy-Win program is a direct response to that feedback. Whether you’re motivated by certainty or the thrill of a jackpot, you can now switch between both seamlessly via the Deem App.”

A New Loyalty Experience

With this dual-rewards structure, Deem Finance is setting a new precedent in credit card loyalty by offering choice and simplicity. The program reflects Deem’s broader mission to make financial tools more accessible and meaningful, especially in a market where loyalty programs often favour one-size-fits-all solutions.

From July onwards, Deem customers can access the new feature directly in the Deem Mobile App, enabling a dynamic, user-controlled rewards experience every month.
