Dell Technologies has officially launched its latest range of AI-powered PCs in the UAE, offering a new portfolio of laptops, desktops, and workstations that combine cutting-edge performance with intelligent features. The announcement follows the initial reveal of the line-up at CES earlier this year.

The new offering, now available across the UAE, aims to redefine productivity, mobility and user experience through seamless AI integration. It arrives at a critical time, as businesses prepare for the end of support for Windows 10 in October 2025, accelerating the shift toward future-ready, AI-enabled systems.

To simplify purchasing decisions, Dell has introduced a three-tier product structure:

  • Dell: Versatile PCs designed for work, school, and play.
  • Dell Pro: For business professionals seeking reliability and productivity.
  • Dell Pro Max: High-performance machines built for intensive applications.

Each category is structured into Base, Plus, and Premium tiers, helping customers navigate performance levels and features with ease.

“Technology is advancing at an unprecedented pace, and staying ahead is essential for businesses looking to sharpen their competitive edge,” said Haidi Nossair, Senior Director, Client Solutions Group, META at Dell Technologies. “With GenAI becoming a boardroom priority, our portfolio empowers businesses to modernise, enhance security, and prepare for the AI-driven future.”

AI Integration at the Core

Among the highlights of the launch are four new Copilot+ PCs in the Dell Plus tier, featuring Intel® Core™ Ultra processors, improved battery life, and thinner, sleeker designs. These devices incorporate on-device AI, improving real-time multitasking and workflow efficiency.

Meanwhile, the Dell Pro series boasts a timeless design, exceptional durability, and Intel and AMD processor options. The Pro 14 Premium will debut as the first commercial laptop with a Tandem OLED display, providing vibrant visuals while consuming less power. Sustainability is also a core theme, with 90% recycled magnesium used in the chassis.

The top-tier Dell Pro Max series introduces ultra-compact workstations equipped with AMD Threadripper and professional-grade GPUs, designed to handle AI inferencing, animation, and LLM tuning with enhanced thermal design.

Designed for Sustainability and Well-Being

Dell is continuing its push toward sustainable innovation, with new devices incorporating low-emission and recyclable materials, including the world’s first commercial notebooks to feature modular USB-C ports and batteries using up to 80% less cobalt.

The supporting ecosystem includes displays with low blue light technology to reduce eye strain and advanced management tools like Dell Display Peripheral Manager (DDPM) and Dell Client Device Management (DCDM) to provide centralised control across devices.

With this strategic launch in the UAE, Dell is positioning itself as a leader in next-generation AI computing, offering future-ready solutions for consumers, creators, and enterprises alike.
