Global streaming and digital technology firm Deltatre has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Endeavor Streaming, a move that will create a powerful new entity in the digital and over-the-top (OTT) services market for sports, media, and entertainment industries.

The acquisition, expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, will see Deltatre bring together its expansive suite of digital products – including D3 VOLT, FORGE, AXIS, and DIVA – with Endeavor Streaming’s VESPER, a robust OTT platform. The merged business aims to provide an all-in-one solution for delivering advanced, scalable, and immersive digital experiences to major global brands.

“Endeavor Streaming is a highly respected player in our industry and its offerings are a natural complement to our existing products and services,” said Andrea Marini, CEO of Deltatre. “This move positions Deltatre as a leader in delivering high-quality, fully integrated digital and OTT deployments.”

A New Global Powerhouse in Sports and Entertainment Tech

The combination brings together two of the most trusted names in live and on-demand digital broadcasting. Between them, Deltatre and Endeavor Streaming serve many of the world’s top-tier sports and media properties, including:

  • NFL
  • NBA
  • UFC
  • WWE
  • MLB
  • UEFA
  • ICC
  • Sky
  • Rogers
  • Bell Media
  • BritBox
  • LIV Golf

With this expanded client base, the combined entity aims to streamline the increasingly complex ecosystem of OTT and digital services. Rather than relying on a fragmented, multi-vendor approach, clients will benefit from a centralized, end-to-end service platform capable of supporting everything from direct-to-consumer streaming to audience engagement and growth strategy.

“We look forward to delivering even greater opportunities to create value for our partners in growing audiences and revenue,” said Fred Santarpia, President of Endeavor Streaming. “This partnership accelerates the transition from traditional broadcast to next-generation digital experiences.”

Expansion, Customization, and Scale

Both companies have emphasized productization, enabling cost-effective, repeatable, and fast deployment of digital services while maintaining the capacity to engineer customized platforms for individual client needs. Together, they will continue serving not only massive global brands but also emerging leagues and regional players.

The acquisition significantly extends Deltatre’s global footprint, expanding its operational reach across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. It also reflects the increasing demand for scalable and flexible streaming infrastructure, especially as media consumption habits shift decisively toward digital and mobile platforms.

Legal and Financial Advisors

  • Deltatre is advised by Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP (legal) and New Deal Advisors SpA (financial).
  • Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Endeavor Streaming, is represented by Latham & Watkins LLP (legal) and The Raine Group (financial).

The deal underscores the ongoing consolidation in the streaming technology space as providers race to deliver unified, data-driven, and immersive digital experiences across sports and entertainment sectors worldwide.
