Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, is introducing an exciting new attraction this summer — Officina Maranello, a high-energy live show that offers audiences an immersive journey into the world of Ferrari engineering. The show is set to run from 28 June to 31 August 2025, with performances taking place six days a week at the park’s Red Theatre.

Scheduled daily at 12:45 PM, 3:30 PM, and 5:30 PM, the production marks a new direction for Ferrari World’s entertainment offerings, blending storytelling, performance, and engineering in a spectacle designed for all ages.

At the heart of Officina Maranello is a fictional narrative centred on Dina, a brilliant lead engineer, and her dedicated team of Tifosi—a nod to Ferrari’s passionate fans. The team works together to bring the legendary Ferrari V12 engine to life, navigating the challenges of design, forging, testing, and assembly. The story unfolds on stage through vivid visuals, dynamic choreography, and a cinematic score, offering guests a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the artistry and precision that define the Ferrari brand.

Ferrari World’s management describes the production as “a tribute to the spirit of Maranello,” the town in Italy that serves as Ferrari’s historic home. In doing so, the show seeks to bridge cultures by bringing Italian automotive heritage to the Middle East, presented in an entertaining, family-friendly format.

Highlights of the performance include visually striking scenes that replicate the heat and intensity of the foundry, the precision of the testing lab, and the climactic moment of final assembly. The 25-minute show has been developed to engage car enthusiasts, casual fans, and children alike, making it one of the season’s most accessible themed experiences.

Visitors to Ferrari World during the summer period will have access to Officina Maranello in addition to the theme park’s award-winning rides and attractions, including the world’s fastest rollercoaster, Formula Rossa.

Commenting on the launch, a spokesperson for Ferrari World said:

“This show is not just about speed or performance—it’s about the passion, discipline and innovation that goes into every Ferrari engine. We’re excited to offer guests an experience that brings them closer to the Ferrari legacy in a way they’ve never seen before.”

As the region continues to grow its offerings in immersive entertainment and themed storytelling, Officina Maranello sets a new benchmark for live shows in a theme park environment. It is expected to draw both local families and international tourists seeking memorable summer experiences in the UAE.

With its blend of technical brilliance and theatrical flair, Officina Maranello positions Ferrari World not just as a thrill-seeker’s destination, but also as a celebration of creativity and engineering. For those visiting Yas Island this summer, the show promises to be a must-see event.
