Four Seasons, the globally renowned luxury hospitality brand, has announced a new residential development in Abu Dhabi in partnership with ALAIN, a leading asset management company based in the capital. The new Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach is set to welcome residents in 2029, marking a significant expansion of the brand’s standalone residential portfolio in the UAE.

Planned as an exclusive gated beachfront community, the development will be situated on Saadiyat Island, one of Abu Dhabi’s most sought-after coastal destinations. The project will offer 56 ultra-luxury villas, including limited beach mansions, and 60 suites ranging from penthouses to royal residences.

Four Seasons said the residences will reflect the beauty of the surrounding natural environment through thoughtfully designed architecture, interiors, and landscaping. Each home will be tailored to provide a blend of privacy, luxury, and a timeless coastal living experience.

“Building on the excitement and demand for Four Seasons residences in the region, this exceptional project presents a distinct coastal living experience,” said Bart Carnahan, President of Global Business Development and Residential at Four Seasons. “We are pleased to partner with ALAIN to introduce Four Seasons living in such a coveted beachfront community.”

Saadiyat Island is known for its white sand beaches, cultural landmarks, and proximity to Abu Dhabi’s city centre. Residents will have convenient access to institutions such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, and the upcoming Guggenheim, as well as Saadiyat Beach Golf Course and international airports.

The residences will feature a suite of high-end amenities exclusive to residents, including direct beach access, private lounges, multiple pools, tennis and padel courts, a spa, and a wellness centre with a yoga and meditation studio. Additional facilities include a golf simulator, cinema, children’s play areas, and more.

Khaled Haji Al-Khoori, Managing Director of ALAIN, said the project reflects Abu Dhabi’s commitment to enhancing its reputation as a global destination for luxury living.

“Our partnership with Four Seasons reflects our commitment to creating world-class developments that enrich Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading destination for exceptional residential experiences,” he said. “This project blends the island’s natural beauty with a service-rich lifestyle designed for those who value privacy, elegance, and timeless living.”

Residents will also benefit from Four Seasons’ signature hospitality services, overseen by a dedicated General Manager and residential team. From concierge and housekeeping to culinary and wellness offerings, the brand aims to deliver a seamless and personalised living experience.

The Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach represents one of the few remaining opportunities to own property directly on the island’s coastline, catering to a select group of discerning homeowners seeking a private retreat with world-class amenities.
