Lenovo will bring its flagship global innovation showcase, Tech World, to the Sphere in Las Vegas for the opening day of CES 2026. The 11th edition of the event will feature a keynote by Lenovo Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang and a series of product launches, AI demonstrations, and immersive content created exclusively for the occasion.

The January 6 keynote marks the first time Tech World has been staged during CES and the second consecutive year a CES address will be hosted at the high-tech venue. The move coincides with a multi-year global partnership between Lenovo and Sphere Entertainment Co., making Lenovo an Official Technology Partner of Sphere Studios.

Sphere Studios, the in-house creative team behind the venue’s large-scale immersive visuals, is producing bespoke content for Lenovo’s presentation. Lenovo’s own high-performance workstations and infrastructure are being integrated into Sphere Studios’ workflows to help power both the keynote’s production and ongoing events at the venue.

“Over the past decade, Tech World has become our key platform to reveal our vision, showcase innovation, and launch our most exciting products,” Mr Yang said. “Now, at CES 2026, we will show how our technology has revolutionised Formula 1, unveil plans for the first AI-powered FIFA World Cup, and demonstrate hyper-personalised experiences for individuals while delivering our Hybrid AI Advantage to enterprises.”

Sphere’s President and COO, Jennifer Koester, said the venue offered an unparalleled setting for brands aiming to create transformative events. “We are honoured to collaborate with Lenovo to bring their vision to life during CES and through our broader partnership,” she said.

The Consumer Technology Association, which organises CES, also welcomed the announcement. “CES is where innovators show up,” said Gary Shapiro, CEO and Vice Chair. “I look forward to seeing Mr Yang’s vision for technology solving big global challenges come to life at the incredible Sphere.”

The 2026 edition of Tech World will explore Lenovo’s approach to combining AI, devices, infrastructure, and services to “change the game” across industries. As a technology partner for Formula 1, the FIFA World Cup 26, and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027, Lenovo will outline plans to enhance fan experiences, boost performance analytics, and deliver real-time engagement through AI-driven platforms.

The event will also feature industry leaders, partners, artists, and influencers, with a visual spectacle designed to exploit the Sphere’s 360-degree display capabilities. Further announcements about speakers and special guests are expected later in 2025.

Tickets for the keynote will be available to CES credential holders, with additional details due in October. Lenovo says the presentation will highlight practical AI applications across sectors, from smarter classrooms and precision healthcare to agile manufacturing and future-ready workplaces.

By holding Tech World at CES, Lenovo aims to reach a global audience of business leaders, innovators, media, and technology enthusiasts, cementing its position at the forefront of hybrid AI and immersive technology experiences.
