Oman Unveils The Arc at Yiti’s Sustainable City

The Sustainable City – Yiti has launched The Arc, a striking new addition to Oman’s flagship net-zero community. The development introduces 132 luxury serviced residences that blend coastal living with sustainability and smart design, in alignment with Oman Vision 2040.

Announced by Diamond Developers in partnership with the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group), The Arc is positioned as a modern icon at the heart of the nearly one-million-square-metre city. The residences are offered in two, three, and four-bedroom layouts, with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Each unit incorporates smart home technology and energy-efficient infrastructure.

Among the three themed residential collections is a signature set of homes branded by Nikki Beach. Residents will also enjoy exclusive access to a private marina, wellness hubs, pools, and concierge services—designed within a walkable, future-ready environment.

Speaking at the launch, Mahmoud Shehada, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at The Sustainable City – Yiti, said:

“Today’s residents are looking for more than luxury—they’re seeking meaning, wellbeing, and a genuine sense of place. With The Arc, we’re offering not just homes, but a resilient lifestyle ecosystem.”

The Arc builds on earlier residential successes in the city, including villas and The Plaza Apartments, and represents a key milestone as the full handover of the city remains on track for 2026.

The broader community integrates renewable energy, recycled water systems, electric vehicle infrastructure, and local food production. It also encompasses commercial, hospitality, educational, and recreational facilities, including two hotels, a school, a nursery, an equestrian centre, and a climate-responsive sports complex.

The Arc is expected to further position Oman as a leading regional destination for sustainable tourism and investment, in line with national strategies to diversify the economy and reduce carbon footprints.
