Amman – June 25, 2025 – Orange Jordan has revealed the winners of its 2025 “Inspiring Change” Award, spotlighting women leaders in tech whose innovations create sustainable social and environmental impact. Supported by Capital Bank and in partnership with Int@j’s SHETECHS initiative, this year’s award included a new Fintech category, broadening the platform for creative tech solutions in Jordan.

Top honors went to:

  • 🥇 Wasil – First Place
  • 🥈 Genskin – Second Place
  • 🥉 SOHO ERP – Third Place
  • 🏆 BitMal – Fintech Award Winner

The awards were judged on innovation, impact, scalability, and sustainability, reflecting the real-world change women entrepreneurs are delivering through technology.

“This award is part of our wider commitment to empowering women in the digital sector,” said Orange Jordan CEO Eng. Philippe Mansour.

Capital Bank CEO Tamer Ghazaleh praised the winners, calling the initiative a “vital platform” to highlight the pivotal role of Jordanian women in digital innovation. He emphasized Capital Bank’s continued support for initiatives that promote economic empowerment and fintech advancement.

Int@j Chairman Amjad Swais added that this edition, launched around International Women’s Day, reflects Jordan’s broader push to accelerate gender equity in tech and digital transformation.

The award is now in its fourth edition, and the addition of the Fintech category signals the country’s readiness to support women in high-impact, future-forward sectors.
