Samsung Gulf Electronics has launched its latest generation of foldable smartphones — the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 — alongside the Galaxy Watch8 Series at a high-profile event held at BCH:CLB beach club in Dubai. The event marked the UAE debut of Samsung’s most advanced AI-powered devices, designed to adapt seamlessly to modern, mobile lifestyles.

Spanning four interactive zones — business, lifestyle and fashion, health and fitness, and travel and photography — the immersive launch experience allowed guests to explore how Samsung’s new devices integrate into everyday life.

A Leap in Foldable Innovation

Fadi Abu Shamat, Vice President and Head of Mobile eXperience Division at Samsung Gulf Electronics, said:

“With the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7, we have now delivered our most powerful, elegant, and durable foldables yet. These devices embody the best of Samsung’s innovation — ultra-slim design, intelligent performance, and an ecosystem that intuitively adapts to how users live, work and create.”

The Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 are Samsung’s thinnest and lightest foldables to date. Both are powered by Galaxy AI, offering enhanced productivity, creativity and communication through intuitive, context-aware features.

The Fold7 boasts a 200MP Ultra camera, immersive large display, and advanced multitasking, while Flip7 offers a compact, fashion-forward design with a new FlexWindow for quick access to music, messages and workouts. Features like Camera Sharing with Gemini Live and AI editing tools allow users to create professional content effortlessly.

Galaxy Watch8 Series Debuts with Health Focus

Complementing the phone launch was the introduction of the Galaxy Watch8 Series, including the Watch8, Watch8 Classic, and Watch Ultra 2025. These wearables feature enhanced AI health tracking, a more comfortable fit, and innovative tools such as the new Antioxidant Index — a first for smartwatches — which measures carotenoid levels to support healthy aging.

The devices use Samsung’s BioActive Sensor to offer real-time insights into sleep, stress, fitness and nutrition, encouraging users to turn health goals into achievable habits.

Hands-On Global Experiences

Samsung has also expanded its Galaxy Experience Spaces globally — from Dubai to London and Seoul — offering early hands-on access to the new devices. These spaces showcase the practical power of Samsung’s technology through workshops and live demonstrations.

To help consumers explore these new offerings, Samsung has launched an Experience Store locator on its website.

Availability in the UAE

From July 25th, the Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7, and Galaxy Watch8 Series will be available through retailers, carriers, and Samsung.com. The Fold7 comes in Blue Shadow, Silver Shadow, Jetblack, and online-exclusive Mint, while Flip7 offers colors like Coral Red and Jetblack.

The Watch8 series includes models in multiple sizes and finishes, including a Titanium Blue Watch Ultra.

Samsung Care and six months of free Google AI Pro and 2TB cloud storage are offered with each new foldable purchase.
