Food lovers in Makkah are invited to savour the timeless charm of Ottoman-inspired cuisine as Address Jabal Omar Makkah launches its Turkish Soul Food July Special at The Restaurant. Running daily throughout July, the culinary showcase offers an immersive dining experience that blends the rich legacy of Turkish cooking with a modern twist.

Drawing inspiration from the eclectic Ottoman kitchen, the Turkish Soul Food concept brings together flavours from Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Balkan traditions, curated to celebrate Turkey’s culinary heritage. Guests can expect bold spices, refined textures, and traditional presentation—all served in a luxurious, welcoming setting.

Set across the 1st and 2nd floors of both hotel towers, The Restaurant is renowned for its opulent interiors, expansive buffet, and live cooking stations. The space provides a serene yet sophisticated atmosphere for families, groups, and solo travellers seeking a memorable dining experience.

A standout feature of the event is the Chef’s Corner, a weekly rotating live station led by Chef Mike, where guests can discover new Turkish specialties with each visit. From expertly carved meats to fragrant stews, the offering evolves regularly, ensuring a fresh experience with every plate.

The buffet includes:

  • 🔥 Grilled meats marinated in signature Turkish spices
  • 🍞 Oven-fresh flatbreads topped with herbs and savoury fillings
  • 🍮 Kunafa station, delivering a sweet finale true to Turkish dessert traditions

The Turkish Soul Food July Special aims to transport guests to a time of Ottoman grandeur, celebrating not just the cuisine but also the hospitality and warmth associated with Turkish culture. With its attention to detail, cultural authenticity, and culinary innovation, the experience is ideal for both connoisseurs of Turkish fare and those discovering it for the first time.

Address Jabal Omar Makkah invites guests to indulge in this month-long celebration of heritage and flavour, promising a sensory journey that honours the soul of Turkey’s legendary cuisine.
