Warba Bank has announced a strategic partnership with Zayoom, a specialised consumer electronics retailer, to expand its digital offers marketplace with exclusive benefits for customers. The collaboration is designed to deliver special discounts, seasonal flash deals and curated e-store offers through the Warba app.

The move reflects the bank’s commitment to enriching its digital ecosystem while aligning with customer aspirations and lifestyle needs.

Expanding value through the Warba app

Through this partnership, Warba Bank customers will gain access to Zayoom’s range of consumer electronics, bundled with unique deals accessible directly via the bank’s app.

Muhannad Issa Bourahma, Director of Product Development and Customer Segments at Warba Bank, said the initiative underscores the bank’s focus on digital innovation.

“This partnership comes as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the best digital experience for our customers,” he said. “Through the Warba app, we empower our customers to access the latest offers and modern products directly via the dynamic and ever-evolving Marketplace section. This reflects our spirit of innovation and our constant drive to enrich their daily experiences.”

The Warba app’s marketplace leverages advanced architecture to personalise content for different customer segments. Each segment has its own interface design and colour scheme, allowing tailored offers that go beyond a “one-size-fits-all” model.

Exclusive summer travel deal

To mark the launch, Zayoom introduced a limited-time seasonal promotion: the Essential Tech Pack. The bundle includes a selection of smart devices designed for travel and is being offered at a special price as part of the app’s “Flash Deal” series.

These flash offers are updated frequently, ensuring that users encounter a constantly refreshed digital shopping destination with competitive prices.

Zayoom’s perspective

Mohamed Fawzy, Chief Executive Officer of Zayoom, described the collaboration as a strategic opportunity to reach a broader audience.

“We are proud of this partnership with Warba Bank, a bank that entered the market recently yet has succeeded in reshaping the banking sector through the adoption of the latest technologies,” he said.

“Warba is renowned for its advanced app, which has redefined banking interaction and provided customers with a fully integrated digital experience. This partnership allows us to engage with a large segment of tech-savvy customers in Kuwait and deliver on our vision of offering the best technology solutions.”

Driving digital innovation in Kuwait

The partnership reflects Warba Bank’s values of trust, innovation, performance, collaboration and ambition. By integrating technology-driven retail opportunities into its platform, the bank is also supporting the broader digital economy in Kuwait.

With the Zayoom collaboration now live, Warba Bank has signalled that more partnerships and surprises will follow, strengthening its positioning as the preferred choice for ambitious individuals and businesses seeking both financial services and lifestyle benefits.
