The 2025–2026 World Branding Awards Animalis Edition celebrated its fifth edition with a grand ceremony at the historic Hofburg Palace in Vienna, honouring leading pet and animal brands from around the world. The evening, hosted by Mounia Berrada-Gouzi, recognised excellence across multiple categories including pet food, wellness, retail, exhibitions, and aquatic products.

Out of 950 brands nominated by over 80,000 consumers in a global online survey, only 105 brands from 25 countries were crowned National, Regional, or Global Winners—representing the best in branding within the pet and animal care sector.

“The Animalis Edition of the World Branding Awards recognises brands that have achieved the highest distinction—genuine recognition in the hearts and minds of consumers,” said Richard Rowles, Chairman of the World Branding Forum.

“Tonight, we honour those whose names resonate globally, whose values inspire loyalty, and whose presence defines excellence in the pet and animal industry.”

Global Tier Winners

Brands that stood out on a worldwide scale and demonstrated exceptional consumer trust and brand performance include:

  • Frontline (Germany)
  • Kit Cat (Singapore)
  • KONG (UK)
  • Sheba (USA)
  • Whiskas (USA)

National Tier Winners

These brands were voted the best in their respective countries, gaining national-level acclaim:

  • Bamboodles, Cooper and Gracie, Nutriment Natural Treats (UK)
  • Heads Up For Tails (India)
  • CIAO, Petio (Japan)
  • Powercat (Malaysia)
  • Delibest (Switzerland)
  • Topbreed (Philippines)
  • Vancat (Türkiye)
  • Plus several brands from Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore, including Bok Dok, Kaniva, Kelly & Co’s, and Pampered Pets

Regional Tier Winners

Brands that earned consumer favour across multiple countries within a region:

  • Alps Natural (Malaysia)
  • EHEIM (Germany)
  • Hikari (Japan)

These brands were recognised for consistently strong performance in at least four countries across three or more markets in a defined geographical region.

The Animalis Edition continues to serve as a platform to highlight branding achievements within the growing global pet industry. With pet ownership on the rise and consumer expectations evolving, these awards spotlight brands that are not only meeting needs but also setting benchmarks in innovation, trust, and emotional connection.

As the curtain closes on this edition, the World Branding Awards Global Edition is set to return this November, promising to bring even broader international recognition to the world’s leading consumer brands.
